Turning Leaf Landscape
Full Brand Refresh
Project & Approach
The Challenge
Turning Leaf Landscape came to me looking for a fresh start. Their logo and materials had worked for years, but as the company grew, they wanted a look that felt more polished and professional—something that reflected their craftsmanship and care for the environment.
My Approach
I began by researching local competitors and identifying what made Turning Leaf Landscape stand out: their attention to detail, long-standing community reputation, and commitment to sustainability. From there, I developed a refreshed color palette inspired by natural tones—rich greens, warm neutrals, and a hint of deep amber to reflect the “turning leaf” concept.
The new logo features a clean, contemporary leaf mark that symbolizes growth and renewal, paired with strong typography that conveys reliability and professionalism. Along with the logo, I refined the brand’s visual system, including type hierarchy, iconography, and photography style, ensuring consistency across all materials.

The Outcome
The refreshed brand brought new energy to Turning Leaf Landscape. Their updated look now communicates confidence and professionalism while remaining true to their roots. The consistent visual identity helped strengthen customer recognition, and the team was proud to display their new branding on their fleet and marketing materials.
Reflection
This project was a great example of how thoughtful design can breathe new life into an established business. By refining, not reinventing, we created a brand identity that feels both familiar and forward-thinking—a true reflection of Turning Leaf Landscape’s growth and values.
